I genuinely understand when clients say they are looking for change, yet they don't know what it is or how to achieve it. As your coach, I will work with you on your personal growth, professional success and intentional living. Through the coaching process, we will focus on clarifying your goals and creating strategies and actions to bring them to fruition.   I will help you center your priorities around what is important to your goals.  Throughout the coaching relationship, I remain focused on providing you with the insight, support, strategies and accountability you need to leverage your strengths, grow, develop and achieve your goals. I will be a sounding board in support of possibility thinking, thoughtful planning and decision making.  I will listen without judgment, ask powerful questions, offer insightful feedback and support you in moving forward with intention. I will also make you aware of the obstacles or challenges that impede your success.  I will aid you in developing a detailed action plan that will shift your thinking. I will celebrate your victories and help you to navigate through setbacks.  I will hold you accountable to your goals and help you make changes that are necessary to meet your established expectations. Finally, I will maintain professional boundaries in the coaching relationship, including confidentiality, and adhere to the coaching professions code of ethics.
